      Under commercial operation, any investment made is to target investment return. There is no exception for mountain ski resort investment, but to forecast a project if it is to make profit or not, there should be detailed data to back up the investment. Therefore, there is a need to make a scientific economic feasibility study before the investment. 

Through studies and estimation of a ski resort to be built, MAS would work out project investment cost on the ground of the preliminary master plan, forecast its incomes in the coming 10 years according to its market environment and further calculate the economic feasibility study of the project.
